Recruitment Objectives
WAHA is striving to accomplish the following:
- Develop the infrastructure for a coordinated community recruitment program, including policies and procedures to guide provision of recruitment assistance.

Act as a single point of contact for physician practices in Whatcom and incoming physician candidates in providing recruitment assistance and referral to opportunities.

Develop a successful recruitment marketing program and network with statewide and national resources.

Provide coordination for physician candidates and their families who are visiting and relocating.

Assist with orientation and ongoing support for physician candidates and families after relocation.
