SBDC/WAHA Physician Retention Strategies

The Small Business Development Center is providing ongoing support and business counseling services to existing medical practices, utilizing the financial and operational tools with which it has helped numerous Whatcom County businesses over the years. In addition, it is working to develop new protocols to help recruited physicians and their families to integrate successfully into their practices and into the community for the long-term.
