We believe that health care is local; therefore improvements to the health care system should derive from the community, driven by providers, community members and their families. Furthermore, we recognize that health and wellness cannot be addressed solely by the health care delivery system; therefore we must look beyond the patient and consider the family, support network, community, and environment as important contributors to wellbeing.
