Passage of “Gap” Funding for Communities Collaborative Grant Program including developing a strategy to develop Governor’s support for renewal of the program in 2009
- The existing Communities Collaboratives Grant funding falls short of the biennial budget by 3 months (ending in April 2009 instead of June 2009).
- The budget proviso would request an additional 3 months funding to extend the grants presently awarded plus cover additional administrative costs.
- Estimated fiscal impact is between $150,000 – 250,000
