Shared Care Plan

The Shared Care Plan is a free, easy-to-use, personal health record that lets you organize and store vital health information. You can share this information with your family, physicians and others you feel should have access to this information.  The Shared Care Plan is much more — it is also a self-management care plan, improving your understanding of your own health. It can help you manage chronic conditions, coordinate the care of others, and improve your health.

Drug Information Database
This has a comprehensive list of prescription and over-the-counter medicines, including warnings about potential interactions with food and/or other drugs.

iSafetyNet- lists assistance programs by needed drug.

Partnership for Prescription Assistance - 5 step process to get connected with assistance programs for specific drugs.

Needy Meds - User is able to search by brand name, generic drug name, assistance program and drug company.  It also provides information on how to enroll in charitable programs.

The Medicine Program - FREE discount card with up to a 65% savings on prescription drugs.

Free Medicine Foundation - Help for low income individuals who do not qualify for public programs.

Benefits Check Up - By completing a short questionnaire you will be given resources for your specific prescription needs.

Rx Washington - Links you to several different resources for prescription assistance.

Rx Assist - Information on over 100 pharmaceutical manufacturer's programs for low cost medicine.  The website lays out each program's criteria along with step by step application instructions.

Whatcom County Oral Health Coalition

The Whatcom County Oral Health Coalition is working to improve oral health for community members of all ages through prevention, education, and increased access to dental care.

Urgent Dental Care

Interfaith and SeaMar Community Health Centers have a limited number of open appointment slots each day for people without a private dentists needing urgent care.  There are no guarantees for sevice and payment is expected at the time of service.  Refer to the brochure below for more information.

Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD)

The Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) is a Washington State program to improve oral health and to increase access to dental care for Medicaid eligible children less than six years of age.
