The Frank Haskell Lions Eye Clinic is a free clinic for qualifying low income applicants in Whatcom County. The clinic is sponsored by the Bellingham Central Lions Club and operated by Lighthouse Mission Ministries. Located at 1013 West Holly Street in Bellingham, WA.
